Configuration Support - $99/incident

A VoicePulse engineer will login and configure your Asterisk FreePBX-based PBX for basic connectivity with the VoicePulse Connect for Asterisk SIP/IAX origination and termination service.

SCOPE
  • Setup PBX with one primary Gateway and one secondary Gateway for incoming calls
  • Setup PBX with one primary Gateway and one secondary Gateway for outgoing calls
  • Setup VoicePulse FlexRate least-cost-routing (upon request)
  • Confirm that incoming calls reach the PBX
  • Confirm that outgoing calls reach the Gateway
  • Confirm that the PBX receives incoming CallerID number
  • Confirm that the PBX sends outgoing CallerID number
  • Setup or confirmation of phone or softphone devices is NOT included
DELIVERABLES
  • Confirmation of successful inbound/outbound calling OR
  • Confirmation of customer-side issue preventing inbound/outbound calling
  • Documentation of changes made to configuration files
TIMEFRAME
  • You will be contacted to begin work on your project within 4 business hours of submitting your request.
  • Business hours are 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday, Eastern Time
REQUIREMENTS
  • Your VoicePulse Connect for Asterisk account must be verified
  • Root SSH w/capability of accessing the public internet in order to download and install necessary packages and programs
  • Admin HTTP access (for GUI-based PBXs only)
  • Linux distributions supported: RedHat 8.0+, Debian (must be 2.4 or 2.6 kernel), Fedora, or Gentoo
  • Linux kernel 2.4 or above distribution loaded
  • Ability to modify rules on your firewall as directed by VoicePulse engineers
